- Represent buyers and sellers with professionalism, market intelligence, and a caring client-first approach.
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch experience from first contact to closing.
- Leverage in-house marketing and branding expertise to elevate listings.
- Stay informed on market trends and provide strategic insights to clients.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve outstanding results on every transaction.
Qualifications
- Licensed real estate broker in Quebec (or actively pursuing licensure).
- Passion for real estate, client service, and Montreal’s unique architectural and community landscape.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a high-performance, boutique environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Committed to growth, excellence, and continuous learning in a collaborative environment.
- Uncompromising work ethic.
- Fully bilingual (English and French).
