With three generations of family history in Montreal real estate, Daniel Simms brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique skillset to Duque Simms. He holds a Fine Arts degree from Concordia University and previously ran a successful post-production company. Borrowing from his cinematic background, he now leads Duque Simms’ in-house video and marketing production, crafting compelling narratives that bring properties to life.
Daniels’ hands-on expertise in carpentry and design allows him to assess properties with a discerning eye. Known for his transparency and straightforward approach, he is a trusted advisor to buyers, sellers, and fellow brokers alike.
As a co-founder of Duque Simms, Daniel blends his expertise in real estate, design, and storytelling to help shape a brokerage defined by integrity, innovation, and client-first service.
When he’s not working, Daniel enjoys exploring the city’s best coffee and music spots or unwinding in the Eastern Townships with his family.
