Three Generations in Real Estate in Montreal
The Simms family’s real estate journey began in the 1950s when Daniel’s grandfather, Wilfred Simms, returned from the war and found a passion for property development in the Eastern Townships and Montreal. Decades later, Daniel’s father continued the legacy, serving as Regional Property Manager for CP Rail.
Today, Daniel and Ana combine their deep love for Montreal with their expertise in architecture, renovation, and multimedia, building on this proud heritage to offer the refined real estate experience Duque Simms is known for.
