Issu de trois générations impliquées dans l’immobilier montréalais, Daniel Simms apporte une richesse de connaissances et un savoir-faire unique à Duque Simms. Diplômé en beaux-arts de l’Université Concordia, il a auparavant dirigé une entreprise de post-production prospère. S’inspirant de son parcours cinématographique, il supervise aujourd’hui la production vidéo et marketing de l’agence, créant des récits captivants qui mettent en valeur chaque propriété.
Son expertise pratique en menuiserie et en design lui permet d’évaluer les propriétés avec un regard avisé. Reconnu pour sa transparence et son approche directe, Daniel est un conseiller de confiance pour les acheteurs, les vendeurs et ses collègues courtiers.
En tant que cofondateur de Duque Simms, il combine ses expertises en immobilier, design et narration pour façonner une agence fondée sur l’intégrité, l’innovation et un service centré sur le client.
